Course Overview
This baptism course is designed to help those preparing to be baptised understand the meaning, significance, and power of baptism, both in water and in the Holy Spirit. Through teaching from the C3 Hope team, it explores what it means to publicly declare your faith in Jesus, following His example and command to “believe and be baptised” (Mark 16:16).
The course explains that baptism is not a symbolic sprinkle but a full immersion, representing dying to our old life and rising to new life in Christ. It also covers baptism in the Holy Spirit, describing how the same power that raised Jesus from the dead now fills and equips believers for supernatural living, empowering them to serve, love, and minister in the strength of the Spirit. Participants are encouraged to see baptism as both a step of obedience and a moment of transformation, marking the beginning of a lifelong journey with God.
